The Greenhouse Workspace is a shared office development & event space centrally located along the Lafitte Greenway near Carrollton Avenue at 4157 St. Louis Street. We encompass 10,000 square feet in a renovated historic warehouse and an adjacent new building. Situated between the historic and new structures, the Greenhouse features a landscaped courtyard with an outdoor conference table, built in seating and native plants. Designed around the principles of biophilic design, the Greenhouse is a Botanical Work and Event Space that provides extensive interior and exterior landscaping to create a healthier and more productive environment for members and guests.

Centrally located, we are just steps away from many shops and restaurants in Mid City New Orleans. The Greenhouse is fully equipped with a lovely kitchen/bar and an indoor/outdoor lounge area that has iced coffee and a filtered water system, high speed internet and access to our shared private conference rooms. Additional features include a printer/copier, bathroom with shower, and private phone/zoom rooms. Our location on the Greenway makes it easy to bike to work or walk at lunch. The neighborhood is patrolled 24/7 by a private security service.
